Job Description

Position Overview    The Digital Marketing Specialist will assist with the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies. This role will assist in the updating of the corporate website and social media feeds in a timely manner and in line with the overall brand strategy. This is an existing vacancy. Duties and Responsibilities     • Execute the timely updating of all digital channels including corporate websites, advisor websites (enterprise level) and social media feeds• Coordinate the production of client and prospecting campaigns, working with a variety of specialists to produce multi-channel digital campaigns• Champions the creative guidelines and digital strategy in all digital marketing projects and accountabilities• Support the rebrand execution by updating creative assets such as websites, dynamic email templates and content as directed.• Understand and implement new brand guidelines across all digital marketing materials.• Update templates as needed and help keep marketing intranet up to date• Monitor and properly report the effectiveness of the firm’s search engine optimization activities and recommend and execute the necessary modifications when required• Ensuring corporately driven digital content meets WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) Accessibility standards while providing support for Advisor-driven content• Stay current on trends in all aspects of digital marketing (online channels and tools for brand promotion do improve over time, therefore, the digital marketing associate is expected to be aware of these improvements and updates)     Qualifications    • Proven work experience as a digital media specialist (2-3 years)• Familiarity with web design and content management systems (Sitefinity, Digital Agent, SharePoint are assets)• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects in an energetic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines• Resourceful self-starter with ability to jump in and ramp up quickly• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • French language or experience in a bilingual company an asset• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project)    Education    • College Diploma or University Degree in Marketing (Digital Media preferred) The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $60,000-$70,000The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, and the consideration of internal equity. #LI-Hybrid
