Job Description

Position Overview    The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce configuration and administration, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for improving our Salesforce FSC platform. This role is crucial for ensuring the effective use of our Salesforce platform to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, the position involves providing frontline support to end users of the system, addressing their queries and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth operations. This is an existing vacancy.    Duties and Responsibilities    • Salesforce Configuration: Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reports, dashboards, and workflows to meet business requirements.• User Management: Create and manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, and other user-related settings.• Data Management: Perform data imports, exports, updates, and data cleansing activities. Ensure data integrity and consistency across the platform.• System Maintenance: Conduct regular system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and uptime.• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Salesforce, collaborating with stakeholders to implement enhancements.• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.• Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve any Salesforce-related issues that arise, providing timely and effective solutions.• User Assistance: Offer ongoing support and assistance to Salesforce users, addressing their queries and concerns promptly• Collaborate closely with Product Owner and Developers         Qualifications    • Experience: 2-4 years Salesforce Administrator or similar role.• Experience with the Wealth Management industry and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) edition preferred • Certification: Salesforce Administrator certification is required; Advanced Administrator or other relevant Salesforce certifications are a plus.• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to stakeholders.• Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in both English and French is highly desirable, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.• Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Education: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $70,200-$85,000.The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, and the consideration of internal equity. Richardson offers a competitive total rewards package in addition to the base pay, which includes a performance-based incentive plan, comprehensive health & dental benefits, a group RRSP matching plan and paid time off. #LI-Hybrid
