Wiper Product Manager (OES focus) _ MA

1. Aftermarket Product Manager responsible for wiper in Mobility Aftermarket within MA-WS/MKT-CN Marketing team (current scope: Wiper OE China and aftermarket Asia).

2. Collaboration with OE Doc members in the team as well as OE project team mainly in Changsha and cross functional peers in Asia.

3. Collaboration with OES product owners in headquarter. 

4. Phase in, Phase out and replacement of products. Portfolio management of OES part numbers is the top focused task.

5. On top of OE derived OES delivery fulfillment, reducing the scrapping cost and improving the gross margin by PLCM knowledge based measures will be the additional expectation. 

 

1. Workable language and good communication skills required

2. OE/OES part numbers level product management know-how preferred

3. Result-orientated, self-driven, can work with high pressure

4. Market knowledge or previous working experience with: Greater China, EA and India as a plus. 

5. OE/OES supply chain or customer demand management experience is a plus
