Schedule: Full-Time (Evenings & weekends may be required)

Position Summary
Make a difference in the lives of youth transitioning to independence. JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking a Full-Time Independent Living Specialist to support youth in developing the skills needed for successful adulthood.
What You’ll Do
- Work one-on-one with youth to build independent living skills
- Provide guidance in education, career, and employment planning
- Teach daily living skills, budgeting, and financial responsibility
- Support substance abuse prevention and healthy decision-making
- Assist youth in obtaining items through the stipend program
- Connect youth with community resources (housing, education, employment)
- Transport youth to homes, foster placements, and program sites using your personal vehicle
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass required background clearances
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
