Job Description
Responsible for maintaining the Spa, Health Club, and Pool areas and ensure a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery of exceptional service is paramount.
Greets and checks guests into the Spa or Health Club using Own the Moment skills and giving personalized service.
Maintains accurate knowledge of guests’ treatment and schedules.
Cleans general Spa, Health Club and pool areas and refills supplies to ensure a clean, spotless environment and adequate provisions for our guests.
Assists guests as needed, including delivering amenities (towel, soaps, etc.) and various refreshments to provide convenient, courteous, personalized service.
Educates and assists guests in the use and health benefits of different spa rituals (steam, sauna, etc.) and work out equipment.
Calls Security if emergency arises.
Always demonstrates a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous health club/spa experience preferred
CPR training preferred
Literate and fluent in English
Excellent guest service skills
Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same. Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Able to push/move towel carts weighing up to 100 pounds
Ability to walk, stand
Ability to occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
Ability to grasp, reach, bend, finger dexterity, hand-eye coordination
Ability to hear and use visual inspection
Ability to occasionally use a step stool
Ability to occasionally tolerate extreme inside and outside temperatures
Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy
environment and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment.
