Consultant - Global Ministerial Conference (ending VAC) Coordination support, Child Protection, 6 months, Manila Philippines (For Filipino nationals only, home-based)

The Government of the Philippines, in partnership with UNICEF and WHO, will host the Second Global Ministerial Conference (GMC) on Ending Violence Against Children (18–19 November 2026, Manila). Preparation is critical. Countries are expected to undertake national preparatory processes, including consultations to review progress, strengthen existing pledges, and generate new commitments. UNICEF Philippines will engage a National Consultant to support coordination, preparatory processes, and conference delivery.
