About the Role
Equiom is looking for a Client File Reviewer to join us for 7 months to support the Private Wealth team.
This role plays a critical safeguarding function, undertaking robust reviews of trust and company client files to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal standards. You will ensure that our client records accurately reflect client profiles.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure client files are complete, accurate and compliant, supporting sustainable business growth
Review AML/CFT and administrative records to enable confident onboarding and continuation of client relationships
Identify and escalate risks early to protect income streams and maintain regulatory trust
Communicate findings clearly and professionally to administrators and colleagues
Support colleagues with actions and share best practices
Carry out detailed fiduciary and operational client file reviews
Perform customer due diligence and negative media screening
Clearly document findings and ensure records are updated appropriately
Support actions through to full resolution
Maintain strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards
Experience and Qualifications
Essential:
Experience in complex trust and company administration
Working knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and fiduciary requirements
Experience with client file reviews
Strong understanding of risk identification and escalation
Desirable:
Experience using administration systems
Exposure to multi jurisdictional structures and regulatory frameworks
Professional qualifications such as STEP, ICA, AML certification
