We are now looking for an HR Lead who is passionate about shaping our organisation, culture and future growth.
Role overview
As HR Lead, you drive the HR agenda for Goodman Continental Europe (CE) and ensure alignment between HR priorities and business objectives. You provide leadership across the HR function while acting as a trusted HR Business Partner to selected business areas. Working closely with business leaders and Group HR, you contribute to organizational effectiveness, talent development, cultural alignment, and business transformation.
More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to:
- HR Strategy
- Ensure the HR strategy is aligned with business objectives
- Own and drive the resource planning exercise in partnership with business leaders
- Ensure alignment with the company's cultural direction and values
- Contribute to organizational effectiveness and long-term people planning
- Manage the relationship with Group HR and ensure alignment with Group priorities and reporting requirements
- HR Team coordination and prioritisation
- Coordinate HR activities across key HR disciplines (Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Partners & Services)
- Ensure alignment, prioritization, and effective execution of HR initiatives
- Contribute to building a strong and business-oriented HR team
- Ensure appropriate governance, follow-up, and communication of key HR priorities
- Leadership advisory and organisational effectiveness
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people, culture, and organizational topics
- Support organizational design and structural changes where required
- Facilitate talent and succession discussions across the organization
- Bring attention to areas of concern within the organization and develop recommendations to address them.
- Support change and transformation initiatives aligned with business priorities
- Business partnering
- Serve as HR Business Partner for selected business functions and leadership teams
- Build strong relationships with leaders through regular engagement and business proximity
- Provide guidance and challenge on people-related topics
- Maintain a strong understanding of team dynamics, engagement, and organizational health
- Support talent management, succession planning, and performance management processes
- Coach leaders on people management and leadership topics
- Support and advise on complex employee relations matters
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and ensure appropriate follow-up
Do you recognize yourself?
- You have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Significant experience in HR business partnering, or HR leadership roles
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decision-making
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting organizational change and transformation initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and evolving environment
- Collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Full fluency in English (written and spoken), enabling the candidate to work effectively in an international environment
- Willingness to travel
