What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate has a proven ability to work with very tight deadlines and a high degree of analytical skills to problem solving in a complex setting. The role is aimed at someone who can work in a fast-paced operational environment, must be innovative and flexible in responding to numerous clients’ demands. Additionally, the candidate will actively participate in identifying opportunities for enhancing and streamlining existing departmental controls, processes and reporting both with internal and external business partners.
Your responsibilities:
US Client Service (55% of time)
· Update APX and client portal for new/closed accounts and contacts
· Quarterly invoice review
· Executive reporting
· Create client presentations (entry level)
· Advisory channel support
o Enter leads (Stage 0 Opportunities) into Salesforce for Advisory Channel
o Check custodian interfaces for advisor channel activity (pull down/save reports)
o Advisory sales tracking (pull down/save reports)
· Work with sales associates to assist in ongoing CRM maintenance
· Validate and track client cash flows
NY Office Management (25% of time)
- Provide professional front desk presence and premium service
- Intraday conference room and pantry maintenance
- Process mail and packages
- Receive and put out meals for special events as needed
- Receive and stock weekly coffee, fruit, dairy product deliveries
- Provide weekly inventory of office supplies to Office Management team
Private Wealth US (20% of time)
- Work with custodians and clients on tax reporting, LOAs, cash requests; countersignatures, filing and secure digital storage.
- Print and distribute monthly and quarterly reports via mail and ShareFile
- Deposit checks
Must have requirements to be successful in this role:
- Strong knowledge of and familiarity with investment management industry and funds administration
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field is ideal, however we will consider a mix of academic and relevant practical experience;
- Experience in the investment management industry
- Proactive, self-reliant, thorough, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail, strong analytic ability
- Ability to manage priority requests and work under pressure
- Intermediate-level Excel skills
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Skills/Experience not required but a plus: PowerPoint, Salesforce, SEISMIC
