We’re looking for an experienced AI Product Owner to lead the development, delivery and adoption of AI and automation initiatives across Ingenia.
Reporting to the Head of Data and Analytics, this role will own the end-to-end AI product lifecycle - from defining use cases and prioritising the backlog, through to delivery, adoption and measurable business outcomes. You’ll play a key role in embedding AI into how we work, driving efficiency, improving processes, and unlocking capacity across the business.
This is a full-time role, based in our Sydney CBD office.

Key Responsibilities
Own the AI and automation backlog, define priority use cases, and lead delivery across cross-functional teams to achieve roadmap outcomes
Track business value through KPIs, ROI and regular reporting to senior leadership
Drive adoption by embedding AI into operations, supporting change, and removing barriers to uptake
Develop training, enablement resources and communications that build capability, awareness and engagement across the business
Manage stakeholders effectively while ensuring initiatives meet governance, privacy, risk and compliance requirements
Lead AI-enabled process redesign to simplify, improve and reimagine how work is done
About You
Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments, delivering AI, automation or other technology-led initiatives
Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements, prioritised backlogs and measurable outcomes
Strong commercial and data acumen, including ROI, cost-benefit analysis and performance metrics
Confident stakeholder manager with strong communication skills and the ability to influence at executive level
Experience driving adoption, change and behavioural uplift across organisations
Exposure to AI/ML, automation tools, data platforms, integrations, analytics and cross-functional delivery teams
