Role and Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and maintain all client SLAs, implement improvement plans, and drive performance.
  • Team Management: Hire, train, develop, and manage performance of direct reports and their associates.
  • Manage and review operational reports, including attendance adherence, client scorecards, and metrics management reports.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports, ensuring consistent administration of company policies and standards.
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones with direct reports to review individual performance and offer developmental coaching improved performance.
  • Create a positive work environment, resolve employee relation issues, and drive employee engagement.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to review information and partner to define action plans.
  • Implement best practices, drive consistent performance, and evaluate staffing needs to meet changing client requirements.
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize operational performance
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity.
  • Attend business reviews with clients and establish and manage relationships with clients.

Key Skills and knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of Fin Crime, KYB, and Transaction Monitoring (preferred)
  • Ability to develop and implement operational strategies.
  • Ability to think beyond the status quo and propose innovative solutions to internal and client stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, develop action plans, and provide effective feedback to maximize performance.
  • Ability to analyze and improve work processes, establish a course of action, and accomplish specific goals.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and follow through on items to completion while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and provide directions to team members.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work in a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate/Postgraduate
