The Customer Service Analyst is responsible for managing customer purchase orders end-to-end, from order entry through to successful delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
This position will act as the main point of contact for a defined portfolio of customers, coordinating closely with Planning, Logistics, Import, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure order fulfilment within agreed timelines.
This position reports to the Customer Service Coordinator and is part of the Customer Service / Operations team, located in São Paulo, Brazil, and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring accurate order entry, follow-up, and on-time delivery (OTD).
Coordinate cross-functionally with Planning, Logistics, Importation, Finance, and Sales to resolve order-related issues.
Monitor order backlog and open orders, ensuring timely execution and proactive issue resolution.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to delays, quality issues, or returns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Execute and manage the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process in Oracle, including tracking until credit note issuance when applicable.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, International Trade, or related field (flexible based on relevant experience).
Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, or International Business environments.
Experience with systems for order/customer management (SAP, Salesforce etc.)
Advanced English speaking skills (it will be assessed during the interviews).
Intermediate Excel skills for backlog and order analysis.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Oracle systems
PowerBI
