Confers with faculty, program directors, and campus counselors to resolve students' academic and administrative problems. Maintains comprehensive program knowledge to support informed advising, career guidance, and the successful launch of new programs aligned with student success standards. Monitors course attendance, academic, and enrollment progress to support student retention. Leads monthly reporting with performance analysis and action planning. Ensures students are informed about university policies and available resources, while also recommending and revising policies to enhance the overall student experience. Builds strong student relationships through regular communication and serves as the primary point of contact, proactively resolving academic and personal challenges. Analyzes program data to understand factors impacting student retention and develops preventive, remedial, and supportive programs. Provides ongoing coaching and mentoring to help students assess and plan their academic journey. Tracks retention and student success metrics to assist in creating outreach strategies and workflow accountability. • Previous experience in a high-volume phone-based customer service environment. [Required]
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, various communication methods and student record management systems (CRM). [Required]
Education:
• Bachelor's [Preferred]

Field of Study:
• or appropriate combination of experience and education in a related field and/or previous experience providing student support
• in Higher Education or related field
Work Experience:
• 3+ previous higher education administration, student services, or customer relationship management work experience [Required]
• 5+ in previous higher education administration, student services, or customer relationship management work experience [Preferred]

Pay Range:
