Key Responsibilities:
- Assist sales in covering a portfolio of Corporate and Institutional clients (Banks, Asset Managers, Hedge Funds) in Hong Kong and Macau, focusing on relationship depth and wallet share growth.
- Conduct thorough and regular financial statement analysis and credit reviews to monitor client health and ensure compliance with internal risk frameworks.
- Collaborate with sales professionals on strategic account planning, analyzing client businesses and exposures to identify and tailor cross-selling opportunities.
- Act as a key liaison with internal departments, including Risk Management for limit approvals and Compliance for KYC and onboarding, to streamline client engagement.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relationship management, credit analysis, or risk management role within a financial institution.
- Strong financial modeling and credit analysis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with both clients and internal colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with a strong control mindset.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
