Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation: Proactively market and sell a broad range of fixed income products to a designated portfolio of new and existing international clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and deepen trusted advisor relationships with clients, understanding their investment needs and providing exceptional service.
- Market & Trade Ideation: Work in tandem with the trading desk to analyze market trends and generate compelling, innovative trade ideas that meet client objectives.
- Cross-Regional Collaboration: Partner effectively with colleagues in Singapore and onshore China to leverage the firm's full platform for client coverage and cross-selling.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with Middle and Back Office teams to ensure accurate and smooth trade lifecycle management, from execution to settlement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fixed income sales, preferably with exposure to international clients.
- Solid understanding of credit products and market dynamics.
- Strong sales mentality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
