Job Description
Overview The District Corporate Sales Head is responsible for manage the sales target achievement of group health product, pension, severance, group saving: Employee Benefit (EB) sales and profit targets for AMFS & business retention targets
Plan the sales and profit of Corporate Solution target through effective deployment and management of the business development, NB sales and client management teams Build the effective relationship with Bank Mandiri and client to ensure long-lasting and productive outcomes Responsible for managing, coaching and developing direct reports Manage team member and organization development, including performance management, retention and succession planning

Bachelor’s degree from any major Proven and successful track record in managing an employee
sales team including NB sales teams and client relationship managers, to include first-hand experience in a corporate sales/account management role Has experience in sales corporate especially banking or insurance industry
