We have an immediate opening for the following position:

Quality Control Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Test and inspect products at various stages of the production process.
2. Records test data and results, applying established quality control procedures.
3. Evaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.
4. Prepares graphs or charts of data or enters data into computer for analysis.
5. Use gauges and other devices to verify conformity to standards of the product.
6. Collects, reviews, and maintains files of all documentation relating to production and quality control.
7. Incoming Product inspections and 5 S inspections
8. Process auditing and perform process training
9. Return Materials Authorization management
10. Other duties as assigned.

 

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (Skills & Abilities)

1. 1-2 years experiences with overall Quality Systems and practical application
2. Print reading and interpretation
3. Good verbal and written communication skills
4. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
5. Highly Motivated
6. Self-starter
7. Excellent Organizational Skills
8. Problem-solving skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, reach, basic hand functions

EDUCATION: High school (Technical college preferred)
