Residential Manager - Donita

We are seeking a compassionate and hands-on Residential Home Manager to oversee daily operations of assigned residential homes. This leadership role ensures high-quality, person-centered services while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and organizational values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily home operations, safety, and quality standards
• Supervise, coach, and develop direct care staff
• Support individuals’ health needs, appointments, and behavioral plans
• Manage program budgets and resources
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage

• High School Diploma or GED required (CNA preferred)
• 1+ year of direct care experience
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and insurability
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, Crisis, and Medication certifications

Work Environment:

Active, hands-on role in a residential setting requiring lifting (up to 50 lbs.), assisting with mobility, and working flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
