Job Description
- Design, implement, and productionize features for the Cloud Admission Controller (CloudAC) to manage the scalable capacity model for Google Compute Engine (GCE).
- Engineer smarter admission control mechanisms and optimization strategies to ensure the most efficient utilization of infrastructure, directly impacting cost and performance.
- Develop and integrate features to support an increasingly complex hardware fleet, including managing specific requirements for various accelerators such as TPUs and GPUs.
- Innovate architectural solutions to address scale growth as the demand for computing resources continues to expand.
- Lead project priorities for small-to-moderate complexity initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional partners to gather requirements and define technical roadmaps.
