About the Job
We’re looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Executive to collaborate with our internal Operations teams. This role is focused on addressing strategic HR issues and concerns, acting as a primary point of contact for implementing and executing Human Resource plans and programs, and championing the well-being of self and others.
As HRBP Executive, You Will…
Actively engage with associates through structured interactions.
Contact employees through phone calls or Google Meet for case resolution.
Lead "Intouch Connected" initiatives, including but not limited to Town Halls, Skip-level meetings, Leadership Connects, and Focus Group Discussions.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and employees across all departments.
Facilitate productive engagement conversations between employees and their respective managers or supervisors.
Act as the Voice of Employees, reflect employee issues and feedback to management, ensuring timely resolution.
Assist in the campus-wide implementation of various HR programs.
Provide valuable inputs for enhancing the effectiveness of existing processes and policies.
Cultivate a high-energy workforce, fostering confidence and trust among all employees.
Prepare and publish the event calendars to all stakeholders in a timely manner and ensure the completion of the planned activities.
Contribute to the preparation of weekly reports for management.
As HRBP Executive, You Need…
An MBA in Human Resources or a graduate degree in a relevant field.
2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) or in an equivalent role.
Strong team player skills, capable of providing cohesive support to the broader HRBP function.
Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation, and strong interpersonal relations skills.
High level of empathy, responsiveness, and relationship orientation.
High level of maturity and the ability to effectively manage stakeholders across all levels.
Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace with good email etiquette.
