The Collaboration Video Endpoints Business Unit is part of the Cisco Collaboration Technology Group. We develop sophisticated video collaboration solutions that improve productivity in conference rooms, active collaboration spaces, and individual workspaces. Our team integrates supply chain considerations from the earliest stages of product development through the end of life to ensure operational excellence.


Your Impact


As an SCPM, you will coordinate supply chain readiness, handle costs, and drive delivery schedules for our video endpoint portfolio. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to mitigate risks and ensure smooth production transitions from New Product Introduction (NPI) to sustaining phases. Your work directly influences the performance of our supply chain and the delivery of AI-powered collaboration tools to our global customers.


•    Manage BOM Cost integrity, risk analysis and communication to the Ops and the BU teams 
•    Work with product and supply chain risk analysis. Develop and drive risk mitigation planning prior to product launch and ramp phase.
•    Engage with key suppliers, GSM and Business Unit to ensure performance expectations are met and align with future sourcing decisions
•    Prepare the supply chain and manage continuity of material supply and delivery for prototype builds and early production
•    Manage and ensure a smooth product transition from New Product Introduction (NPI) to sustaining production
•    Understand all elements of COGS, HW & SW product cost; validate the integrity of the costed BOM and forward costing; be able to clearly articulate the main cost drivers, cost reduction opportunities, and cost avoidance activities.
•    Drive Project management, Process management and Risk management

 
Minimum Qualifications


•    Bachelor’s degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, or supply chain management.
•    Demonstrated experience working within an electronics manufacturing environment or with contract manufacturing partners.
•    Consistent record to manage Bill of Materials (BOM) cost integrity, including risk analysis and communication to operational teams.
•    Experience in project, process, change, or risk management within a hardware or software product lifecycle.
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with interested parties at all levels.


Preferred Qualifications


•    Master’s degree in a relevant technical or supply chain field.
•    Experience in program management, specifically within New Product Introduction (NPI) or product lifecycle management.
•    Functional knowledge of product development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
•    Practical understanding of manufacturing and fulfillment models, including EMS, OEM/ODM/JDM, and Build-To-Stock.
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to influence cross-functional decisions.
