Overview:
We are seeking a Data Analyst Intern to support Operational Excellence & Development initiatives by analyzing historical data and identifying performance improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze year-over-year performance metrics
- Identify trends and improvement opportunities across operations
- Develop targets and benchmarks for site performance
- Support data-driven decision-making for continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- Strong analytical and statistical skills
- Experience with Excel or data visualization tools preferred
