Pay: Starting at $22.00 per hour, Dependent on Experience, hourly pay and performance incentives

Western Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for Residential HVAC Experienced Service Technicians!

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Deliver exceptional service and build lasting customer relationships
• Accurately and properly document service calls and complete job tickets
• Perform system tune-ups and safety inspections
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Make recommendations for additional services and products Western offers, when appropriate

What We're Looking For:

• HVAC Journeyman, HVAC apprentice or equivalent experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude and a commitment to quality workmanship
• 2+ years of experience

5+ years experience as an HVAC residential service technician. Must have a valid driver license and clean driving history. Able to pass a background and drug screening
