Flex Part-Time Receptionist / Escrow SupportLocation: Juneau, Alaska

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Flex Part-Time Receptionist / Escrow Support team member to support our Juneau office. Key Responsibilities
Reception / Front Desk
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and assist with office coordination
Escrow Support
- Assist escrow officers with file setup, document preparation, and data entry
- Order payoffs, tax information, and other required documents
- Prepare and review escrow-related paperwork for completeness
- Support closing processes and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with company and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or escrow/title experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing workload
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation
