Mechatronics Engineer (SATCOM R&D)

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with a strong Mechatronics focus to support Internal Research & Development (IRAD) efforts within advanced SATCOM antenna and electromechanical systems. This role is responsible for designing, prototyping, and maturing automated mechanisms that integrate mechanical structures, motors, gearing, sensors, and control systems.

You will work across the full product lifecycle — from concept development and rapid prototyping through validation and manufacturing transition — in a fast-paced R&D environment. The ideal candidate combines hands-on engineering capability with strong CAD design skills and an understanding of motion control, sensing, and electromechanical integration.
