The Vice President of Member Solutions (Collections, Asset Recovery/Loss Mitigation) provides strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of the Member Solutions department, ensuring effective collections practices, strong regulatory compliance, and a consistently positive member experience. This role is responsible for overseeing collections strategy, audit readiness, and risk mitigation while maintaining low delinquency and charge-off levels.
