Lead Mortgage Loan Servicing Processor

This position will be responsible for acting as a Lead for the Mortgage Servicing team along with assisting and supporting the Mortgage Servicing Supervisor. In addition to mentoring and supporting the Mortgage Servicing team, this position will be responsible for the following: secondary market investor reporting and reconciliation duties to maintain compliant status, compile data and create the quarterly and annual HMDA Loan Activity Report, per regulations, along with perform core analysis functions as the mortgage superuser. This position will also assist with performing quality control procedures, auditing activity, assist with mortgage processor training, and department procedural updates.
