Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician (RSW)

The Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician position is responsible for supervising the day to day operation of all aircraft maintenance. In addition, this position will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance of aircrafts. Provide direction to mechanics including assigning scheduled maintenance packages and non-routines based on required skills, milestones, scheduling, and estimated man-hours. Participate in daily maintenance meeting to review scheduled maintenance visit with regards to potential work scope, schedule changes, and maintenance issues.
