Description
Join a team supporting a multi-tenant SaaS back-office platform used in the public sector, where reliability, scalability, and continuous innovation are critical. This role focuses on ensuring the stability and performance of deployment pipelines while contributing to the evolution of CI/CD practices and cloud infrastructure. By maintaining operational excellence and introducing improvements, this position plays a key role in driving product stability, enabling continuous delivery, and supporting long-term platform growth
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Monitoring daily deployments across internal and external environments to ensure builds are successfully released in a multi-tenant SaaS platform
- Managing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery and improve deployment processes
- Troubleshooting deployment failures and identifying root causes to maintain product stability
- Handling incident management activities with a focus on rapid response and resolution of production issues
- Enhancing and maintaining automation scripts used in DevOps processes to improve efficiency and reliability
- Collaborating with existing DevOps and engineering team members to ensure alignment on tools, processes, and system improvements
- Guiding and mentoring team members on DevOps practices while contributing to architectural direction over time
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong experience in CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Hands-on scripting experience (preferably PowerShell)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure acceptable with willingness to transition)
- Knowledge of version control and build tools (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins)
- Experience supporting production systems and resolving incidents
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to Kubernetes and Terraform
- Experience working in multi-tenant SaaS environments
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and platform engineering practices
