The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management leads end‑to‑end product flow across Walmart’s network by blending operational expertise with modern analytics, data visualization, and AI‑enabled reporting. This role drives improved efficiency, better decision‑making, and strategic business outcomes by turning complex data into actionable insights and ensuring seamless execution across suppliers, distribution centers, and internal teams.
About the Supply Chain Management Team
Walmart’s Supply Chain Management team ensures products move efficiently from suppliers to customers, leveraging data, technology, and strong partnerships to optimize the network. The team drives operational excellence by combining process rigor with analytics, and this role plays a critical part in elevating flow performance, leading field alignment, and advancing new digital and AI‑enabled ways of working across the business.
What you’ll do
Lead end‑to‑end flow execution, resolving daily issues, analyzing performance, and improving network efficiency.
Build and deliver clear data insights using Tableau/Power BI, AI‑enabled reporting, and foundational SQL.
Drive supplier and partner performance through scorecards, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide guidance to field teams and internal partners to ensure consistent execution of operational strategies.
Identify and implement process improvements that reduce waste, enhance service levels, and support cost‑reduction.
What you’ll bring
Strong data visualization and analytics skills, including Tableau/Power BI and foundational SQL.
Experience applying AI‑enabled reporting, exploratory data analysis, and data‑driven problem‑solving.
Deep knowledge of supply chain operations, transportation, inventory flow, and supplier management.
Proven ability to influence cross‑functional partners and lead change across complex environments.
Leadership experience developing teams, improving processes, and driving operational accountability.
Required Qualifications
4-6+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or network flow management within a complex organization.
Demonstrated experience supporting distribution center or field operations, including ownership, monitoring, and improvement of operational KPIs.
Proven ability to partner with site leadership, field teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to diagnose KPI gaps and drive corrective actions.
Strong data visualization and analytics experience using Tableau and/or Power BI.
Working knowledge of foundational SQL for analysis and reporting.
Experience applying data-driven problem solving, including performance analysis and operational issue resolution.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and align stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
Leadership experience driving process improvement, execution consistency, and operational accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
Experience using AI-enabled reporting, exploratory data analysis, or advanced analytics in an operational environment.
Deep knowledge of transportation, inventory flow, supplier performance management, and network optimization.
Experience leading and developing teams in a large-scale or enterprise organization.
Experience supporting cost-reduction, waste elimination, or service-level improvement initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
