Job Description
The Regional Billing Manager oversees the billing process, ensure invoices are accurate, timely, and compliant. Maintain the billing systems and resolve billing disputes with customers. Collaborate with cross‑functional departments—including Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and Compliance - to streamline billing workflows, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure billing practices support the organization's overall financial health. This role also includes planning, coordinating, data analysis, reporting, and executing client service initiatives to ensure customer needs are met, strengthen client relationships, and support overall regional business objectives.
