As part of this journey, we are strengthening our HRIS team to help deliver a seamless employee experience, robust HR data foundations and scalable HR processes worldwide. We are now looking for a Workday HRIS Specialist (H/F) to join our organisation and play a key role in shaping our global HR technology landscape.

As a Workday customer since 2019, we are looking for a Workday HRIS Specialist with complementary expertise and a strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and who wants to develop their expertise on new Workday modules.

Your scope: Core HCM, Reporting & Analytics, Help.
Your missions will include:
- Act as the functional expert for Core HCM, Reporting & Analytics, and Help.
- Gather, analyse and challenge business requirements, translate them into functional solutions, and manage the related Workday configuration.
- Deliver system enhancements and contribute to Workday releases, testing cycles and tenant management activities.
- Partner closely with HR teams on releases, testing and implementation activities.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency across the system.
- Set-up and maintain security architecture
- Conduct functional audits and implement actions to optimise system usage.
- Troubleshoot production issues and resolve defects in a timely manner.
- Provide Level 2 support across your functional scope, investigating and resolving complex Workday issues, process gaps and system incidents.
- Plan, launch and monitor end-to-end projects related to the listed functional areas.
- Support key users, HR teams, managers and employees through training, guidance and change enablement to drive Workday adoption.
- Act as a key point of contact for Workday-related questions, enhancement requests and configuration topics, in close collaboration with other HRIS team members.
- Recommend the most appropriate technical approach to meet business needs.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to help build and sustain strong HRIS practices across the organisation.
Depending on the successful candidate’s profile, the scope of this role may be extended to cover additional HRIS areas.
What you bring :
To thrive in this role, you will ideally bring:
- At least 2 years of experience in HRIS, HR technology or Workday support/configuration roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM.
- Experience in application support, including user training, ticket management and regression testing.
- Experience in HRIS functional configuration, business analysis and process improvement.
- Good project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesise information and turn insights into action.
- Fluent in English, professional working proficiency in French (B1-level).
