Job Description
We are seeking a high-energy Shipping Associate with strong critical thinking and counting skills to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pull and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Stack and wrap pallets for shipment
- Load trailers safely and securely
- Assist with break pack operations as needed
- Operate industrial forklift equipment (order picker and sit-down forklift), if qualified
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Required Qualifications
- Experience pulling orders, stacking pallets, and loading trailers
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout an entire shift
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment
- Experience in break pack operations
- Experience operating industrial forklift equipment (order picker and sit-down forklift)
- Fast-moving, energetic work style
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Job Type: FULL-TIME
Pay: $17-18/hr based on experience
