C&F Mortgage is currently hiring talented Mortgage Loan Officers (LO) who pro-actively identify, develop and maintain networks of business relationships that serves as a source of referrals for mortgage lending opportunities. External relationships are the foundation of generating new business and may consist of realtors, builders, professional and personal contacts.
