As the Residential Purchasing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: 

 

  • Coordinating and completing purchases for individuals’ personal needs, supplies, and program necessities with agency policies, budgets, and regulatory requirements
  • Ensuring all IRA’s have adequate stock of necessary supplies 
  • Maintaining accurate financial documentation, inventory tracking, and reporting to support program operations and compliance
  • Submitting financial documentation when requested and/or by required deadlines 

 

Residential Purchasing Coordinator Minimum Salary: $22.00

 

Residential Purchasing Coordinator Maximum Salary: $22.00

 

Residential Purchasing Coordinator Schedule:  Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm *some flexibility with hours* 

 

 

Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior experience with IDD population
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable working vehicle
