Field Service Technician (Arcade, Vending, Mobility Equipment)
Location: Chicago, IL or Wisconsin Dells, WI
Job Type: Full-Time
Travel: Regional (IN, IL, MN, WI, IA, KS, ND, SD)

VENU+ is hiring a Field Service Technician to maintain and repair arcade machines, vending-style equipment, smart lockers, and mobility devices across multiple high-traffic locations.
This is a field-based role for someone who can troubleshoot independently, handle a service route, and keep equipment running with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on:
- Arcade games
- Smart lockers / kiosks
- Mobility equipment (ECVs, wheelchairs, strollers)
- Penny press / coin-operated machines
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic POS/system issues
- Respond to service calls across multiple locations
- Complete service reports, inspections, and documentation
- Manage parts ordering and inventory for service work
- Handle cash collection and deposits where applicable
- Maintain tools, equipment, and readiness for daily service work
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as a Field Service Technician, Maintenance Technician, or Equipment Technician
- Strong skills in mechanical repair, electrical troubleshooting, and diagnostics
- Experience with arcade, vending, kiosks, lockers, or mobility equipment preferred
- Ability to work independently in a field service environment
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying conditions
- Valid driver’s license required
- Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight

Mechanically inclined and oriented with troubleshooting skills
