Shipping & Receiving Driver

The Shipping and Receiving Driver will work directly with Leads and Supervisors in Shipping / Receiving as well as Production to ensure the proper equipment / raw materials are available when and where needed. The Yard Hostler will report directly to the Shipping / Receiving Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Verify and update weekly trailer inventory. Distribute inventory as required
• Move empty trailers / tankers to the storage yard as required
• Relocate full trailers / tankers for production needs as required
• Organize and manage the trailer storage yard in a well-defined manner
• Have return trailers available and ready for easy pick up
• Contact vendors when trailers / tankers are ready for pick up
• Notify CRS when customer’s trailers/tankers are ready for pick up
• Weight tankers in/out
• Back up to the Security Guard
• Manage Pallets and Empty Drums as well as the associated trailers
• Other duties as necessary

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years driving experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and well organized
• Must be able to safely travel throughout the facility
• Fluency in English required, Spanish bilingual is a nice to have
• Must have reliable transportation
• CLD A
• Clean & safe driving record
