Job Description

Under the guidance and direction of the Count Team Supervisor, the Count Team Member is responsible for the timely removal of full bill validator canisters from slot machines and the accurate and timely counting, balancing, and recording of all incoming cash, chips or other items of cash value from both properties (Indian Head Casino and the Plateau Travel Plaza) belonging to the Warm Springs Casino Enterprises (WSCE). Performs all functions in accordance with applicable laws and gaming regulations, mission and objectives of WSCE and established policies, procedures and controls. |

Staff may spend the majority of their shifts standing or sitting in one position, This can be physically demanding, so comfort strategies, such as supportive footwear, are important. This job also requires repetitive motions, or conducting the same movements at slot machines, which can lead to repetitive stress if not managed properly. The atmosphere is high energy, with bright lights, music, and ongoing activity creating a lively setting with high noise levels and some cigarette smoke.
