The Sr. Product Manager – Customer Delivery Platforms plays a key role in shaping how ACS brings content to market and delivers value to researchers, institutions, and other customers through evolving platform experiences. This role translates platform strategy into a clear, prioritized, executable roadmap for ACS customer delivery platforms and improves existing platforms to meet changing user and business needs. Working across internal and external stakeholders the role turns business goals, user insights, and market trends into clear priorities and measurable outcomes. The Sr. Product Manager will help define the future-state strategy for how ACS content is packaged, delivered, discovered, and accessed across evolving platform and product experiences.
