The Product Owner – Production Orchestration maximizes value across the post‑acceptance production domain, spanning the systems, workflows, and operational processes that move manuscripts from editorial acceptance to delivery readiness on ACS platforms. The role translates business needs and operational requirements into a clear, testable backlog; ensures work is ready for delivery; and validates that outcomes meet quality and readiness expectations. As the day‑to‑day decision maker, the Product Owner partners closely with technology teams, operations stakeholders, and vendors to deliver reliable, scalable production workflows, including orchestration, pilot execution, and operational documentation.
