Employee Operations Specialist (HR & Compliance)

The Employee Operations Specialist will own and execute core HR operations in a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless employee experience while maintaining strong compliance across all HR processes. You will work directly with the HR Director and serve as the primary point of contact for employees across onboarding, benefits, compliance, and HR operations.
