Process Engineer, Cell Manufacturing

The Process Engineer designs, implements and optimizes manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, ensure high quality and safe production. The Process Engineer is a highly experienced manufacturing professional responsible for the safe, accurate, and consistent execution of battery cell manufacturing processes. This role serves as a technical authority on the production floor, supporting process stability, mentoring technicians, and partnering with all manufacturing teams to scale and sustain manufacturing operations.
