What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive after-sales orders and revenue across the LATAM region including Mexico and Brazil through multi-channel customer engagement, consistently meeting or exceeding service sales targets

  • Own the sale of service solutions, including generating new business from service agreements, digital services, upgrades, software, and bundled lifecycle offerings

  • Partner with local service teams to support contract renewals and secure new agreements as customers exit warranty

  • Manage the full after-sales sales cycle, from lead qualification and inquiry response through quoting, negotiation, closure, and handover

  • Maintain an accurate and healthy sales pipeline with reliable CRM data, forecasting, KPIs, and reporting

  • Collaborate with Customer Support, Technical Helpdesk, Digital, Marketing, Supply Centres, and Product Management to deliver exceptional customer experiences and improve service offerings

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; background in analytical instrumentation or service-led organizations is advantageous

  • Results-driven, proactive, and motivated by achieving targets and growing service revenue

  • Digitally curious and data-driven, using AI and digital tools to support lead generation, forecasting, and decision-making

  • Customer-focused, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced environments with a test-and-learn mindset

  • Collaborative and commercially aware, contributing to marketing initiatives, customer journeys, and business case development

  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Spanish, Portuguese
