Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager – Engineering to lead the execution of large, complex engineering projects across multiple sectors. This role requires a strong technical leader who can drive engineering excellence across FEED, EPC, EPCm, and portfolio projects while ensuring alignment with client expectations, quality standards, cost, and schedule objectives.

The ideal candidate will act as the primary technical liaison between the client and the organization, ensuring seamless coordination of multi-disciplinary teams and successful project delivery across all phases.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the engineering execution of large-scale projects across sectors such as Oil & Gas (Onshore/Offshore), Refinery, Petrochemicals, Fertilisers, and LNG
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality engineering outputs in line with project scope, schedule, and budget
• Serve as the technical authority and primary interface for all engineering-related matters with clients
• Coordinate and integrate multi-disciplinary engineering teams to ensure consistency and efficiency across project phases
• Drive effective planning, prioritization, and resource allocation to manage competing demands
• Identify, assess, and resolve technical challenges and conflicts proactively
• Support proposal development, including scope definition, cost estimation, and execution strategy planning
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and sustainability standards in all engineering deliverables
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

Qualifications including Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Strong leadership and demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional engineering teams

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects for both international and domestic clients
• Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• High level of professional integrity and alignment with organizational values
• Awareness of environmental and sustainability practices in engineering design
• Ability to build credibility and gain the confidence of senior leadership and technical experts

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in engineering project management
• Typical successful candidates possess ~20 years of industry experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification (preferred)
