Job title: CA Finance Analyst (System and Process)
Location: Skopje - North Macedonia

The role:
As a CA Finance Analyst (System and Process), you will help drive our goals by:
- Partnering with the global commercial team to provide clear and timely financial insights
- Owning and continuously improving the Global Quote Finance Model (GQFM)
- Developing and analysing contribution margin reports across products and customers
- Building and maintaining global inflation models to support pricing decisions
- Tracking commercial incentives and ensuring accurate financial accounting
- Supporting the sales team with customer-related financial topics and ensuring strong financial controls
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
- Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field
- Strong experience within a finance or manufacturing function in a large organisation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across global teams and influence decision-making
- Advanced analytical skills and understanding of financial processes and reporting
- Advanced skills in Power BI and Excel reporting
