Overall Job Description:
- Lead annual media master plan development-based media Objective &Strategy
-develop master plan based on aligned KPI and budget
-monthly tracking and adjust media budget via finance forecast window
- Lead monthly buying brief development
--create media buying brief to Mediatools based on monthly window
-prepare all materials ensure campaign start on time
-develop campaign brief and work with AOR/BO to define the right vendor
- Lead media execution excellence
-ensure media plan is well executed based on timeline and KPI
-closely monitoring campaign delivery status, get support from BO for any delivery issue
-ensure stewardship compliance
- By media format optimization to improve media efficiency
-by media platform buying model optimization
-Optimize digital effectiveness and efficiency via P&G in-house digital planning tool
- Lead Emedia - outsite media (Unidesk, JD direct buy, JD smart, etc) End to End planning
-Mix recommendation, by content optimization
-work with TP/buying agency on buying execution
- Thought leadership on integrated “one-media” at a scaled and synergized way, link media performance across imedia, social, performance media directly to penetration/ user sufficiency/ search volume
-design learning plan and execute with excellence
-analytic on one media performance tracking system follow guidance from capability team and technical team
Qualification Required:
- 1. 4 years+ experience in media plan and execution either from FMCG or from media agency.
- Strong knowledge of medial space and is able to integrate various platform thinking seamlessly.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to details and numerical accuracy
- Able to lead day-to-day media operations with media agencies and internal stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple internal client and operate in fast moving environment
- Has experience on Ecom media and social planing is preferable
