About the Role
We are seeking driven, professional Property Strategists to guide clients through property investment strategies that change lives. You will work remotely or in hybrid mode (preferably from Sydney or Melbourne). Warm, qualified leads are provided — no cold calling or door knocking. This is a commission-only role with high earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Zoom and phone consultations with qualified clients
- Build and present tailored property portfolio strategies
- Partner with in-house finance and lending teams
- Present property options matched to client goals
- Guide members through the investment journey
- Maintain follow-ups and pipelines via CRM
- Meet with clients during evenings and weekends
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in property investment or high-ticket sales (preferred)
- Proven success in sales, consulting, or performance roles
- Strong understanding of financial principles
- Confident on Zoom, phone, and digital platforms
- Excellent rapport-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven
- Willingness to undergo and pass a police check, background check, and social media check as a condition of employment
