Sr Mechanical Claims Analyst - GM Protection

The Sr. Mechanical Claims Analyst supports the growth of GM Financial’s Protection Products business by overseeing claims operations, ensuring policy adherence, and optimizing claims adjudication processes. This role partners closely with third-party administrators, dealers, and internal teams to analyze claims data, manage escalations, identify risks and trends, and help design automated, scalable claims solutions across vehicle service contracts and other F&I products.
