About You

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Communications Manager to step into a high profile portfolio at the heart of learning and teaching. You will partner closely with senior leaders and delivery teams to bring important initiatives to life, from student surveys and educator capability uplift through to emerging AI programs that are shaping the future of education. It is a role where you will turn complex ideas into clear, meaningful stories, helping people across a large organisation understand what is changing, why it matters, and how they can get involved.

Alongside leading strategic campaigns, you will also take ownership of communications for major events and flagship initiatives, including large scale learning and teaching forums and AI focused conferences. You will be someone who enjoys building relationships quickly, influencing at all levels, and managing multiple priorities with confidence and clarity. If you are a strong, hands on communicator who thrives in a fast paced environment and wants to work on genuinely impactful, future focused programs, this role offers the chance to make a visible difference from day one.

To be successful in this position, you’ll have:

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders in large, complex organisations, building credibility and guiding decision-making.

  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-level communications strategies and campaigns that drive behavioural or cultural change.

  • Strong experience leading end-to-end communications for complex initiatives, working across multiple stakeholders in fast-paced, matrixed environments.

  • Experience communicating technology or digital initiatives, with the ability to translate concepts such as AI into clear, practical outcomes for diverse audiences.

  • Experience supporting major events or large-scale engagement activities as part of broader communications strategies

Please Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children and National Police Check.
