Responsibilities
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to effectively source for the right talents, locally or regionally, to meet our manpower requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to conceptualize clear job descriptions and compelling job advertisements.
• Build knowledge of business and key markets to strategically identify and build robust talent pipelines.
• Recommend best HR practices for effective implementation of sound TA programs / initiatives to strengthen employer’s branding and candidate’s hiring experience.
• Strengthen the effectiveness of multi-recruitment channels including manpower vendors’ management.
• Regularly provide recruitment trends, analysis and market intelligence to business stakeholders, HR Business Partners and HR advisors overcome hiring challenges.
• Manage all applicants’ applications and conduct first screening.
• Manage job offer process, salary proposals/approvals and negotiating salary packages.
